Designing environments that are unique and nurturing with a wow-factor to boot is our modus operandi. Nuanced palettes, a variety of textures, and eclectic furnishings are all part of the “irreverent perfection” we seek to create in our interiors.
And while we are proudly type-A behind the scenes and absolutely fanatical about quality, we know that beauty and good work mean more when accompanied by a healthy dose of humor and humility. “I was a shy, quiet child who grew up in a household with three wild and rambunctious boys. Much to my dismay, my room and my belongings often became fair game for their shenanigans. Because of this, my ‘environment’ became very important to me at an early age and sparked an interest in interior design. While in grammar school, I studied issues of Architectural Digest, drew floorplans, and participated in two overhauls of my bedroom. I styled vignettes on my dresser, stacked my magazines just so, and was actually voted “most likely to become a designer” at my 8th grade graduation. It was no surprise to anyone when I graduated from George Washington University in 1999 with an MFA in Interior Design.”
